With over 25 years of experience working with Boards, senior teams and C-suite stakeholders, I’ll help you master the skills needed to navigate leadership dynamics and build influence, reputation and deepen your network- so you can move forward with confidence and clear direction.
Coaching is highly personalised to your needs. Assignments typically consist of eight, hour-long sessions, with format adapted to maximise impact and accommodate neurodiversity or specific requirements. Sessions are delivered online or in person, enabling me to work with clients from across the UK and around the world.

Most of my in-person work happens in London and the South East, but I’m always open to travelling across the UK and beyond. I also offer online coaching and workshops, making it easy to connect no matter where you’re based.

You are the key to your success and I am interesting not just in helping you find solutions but understanding where problems or barriers come from and building your wellbeing, your resilience and your happiness. For teams and organisations, I offer tailored workshops, including my Light Workshop Programme designed empower and upskill female leaders and build connection over six months. These sessions are interactive, practical and filled with real-life insights from participants. I love creating opportunities for informal connections - whether that’s over lunch or a tea break - to help build relationships and spark new ideas.
