Marianne is an experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner having worked for 15 years within an NHS Talking Therapies service. Her clinical training was accredited through the British Psychological Society (BPS) and she has been working as a team lead and a qualified clinical supervisor since 2014.
Her professional interests include developing compassionate workplace cultures and fostering psychological safety. She has a strong background in coaching and mentoring, helping fellow practitioners grow into leadership roles. Marianne is also skilled in designing and delivering group training, psychoeducational workshops, and reflective practice sessions. These include courses focusing on stress management, improving confidence and assertiveness and also a well- received workshop created for the Women in Criminal Law society on managing the transition from maternity leave to working parent.
As well as managing her own team, Marianne is part of a broader leadership team that comes together to ensure the smooth running of local mental health services. From recruitment and retention to incident management to initiatives for improving outcomes - no two days are the same. Despite the extensive challenges that come with working in a large and complex organisation, Marianne finds significant joy in collaboration and the rich learning that comes from multi-disciplinary team working.
Marianne is registered with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and has extensive experience supporting individuals with a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, stress, low mood, generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, panic disorder, and specific phobias.
With a special interest in the intergenerational transmission of mental health problems, Marianne is especially committed to supporting parents experiencing anxiety, helping them to create positive change for themselves and their families.

Joanna Conlon, PCC is a coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation and a trainer and facilitator. She is an advisor to New Note Orchestra and sits on the Commercial Advisory Group of the Suzy Lamplugh Trust, where she was a Trustee for nine years.
As a coach, what particularly excites and energises Joanna is supporting clients at a time of transition and in new roles. She has a keen interest in developing female leaders build confidence, harnessing strengths and being guided by values. She helps clients build their executive presence and to think strategically and commercially as well as strengthening their influence and relationship-building skills.
Empowered by a positive mindset, Joanna has a holistic approach to workshops and training. She holds a safe and creative space and is passionate about helping others grow and feel empowered so they can realise their potential and define what success looks like for them. She enjoys creating engaging, thought-provoking sessions where participants leave feeling not only equipped with tools but with clear actionable steps.
Joanna's background is defined by her commercial outlook and her communication skills. She has worked in the arts and heritage sector, financial services and international development. Joanna has extensive senior leadership experience. She has worked across diverse and international teams with experience of managing and working with C-suite stakeholders, leaders and international clients.
