What we do

We all know how much women add to any work place but are we supporting women to reach their full potential - because we understand the challenges women face we know how to remove barriers and create space and energy for you to light up and thrive.

Collectively we have decades of experience in leadership, coaching, ffacilitation

/and pyschological well-being practice.

So that everyone feels fae to be themselves in our workshop, we place significant focus on pyschological safety and confidentiality.

Women Up Workshop Philosophy

Our workshops create safe, creative space for you to show up as your best self.  We offer an engaging, sometimes playful environment where authenticity, stories and curiosity are welcome.  Our aim is to help you feel equipped to move forward positively and to be more aware of habits that aren’t serving you and feel empowered to make changes that will. In all our workshops, there are practical exercises and tools to start applying at work and in your life immediately.

Open Up

This workshop aims to help you power up your communication skills to influence stakeholders and decision-making so you make the impact you want in the workplace.  Using practical models around assertive communication and recognising the power of psycholinguistics, our workshop will raise your awareness and equip you with tools to maximise your communication skills and impact. Together, we will explore a key theory of influence and create practical action plans to manage your key stakeholders.
